SALT MAGAZINE interview

Not only did I get to chat for an hour about one of my favorite topics, but I got to hang out with Wilmington author Dana Sachs, and sample stuff from all over the menu at Fork-n-Cork, one of those restaurants you can never get into on a weekend night.  That drink in the picture is a virgin Bloody Mary, by the way, as I had to go back and do some more recording after lunch, but it was still tasty.  Props to photographer James Stefiuk for catching me before I had food all over my face, too.  Finally, I highly recommend checking out Dana’s book, The Secret of the Nightingale Palace. It’s a fun read.
